Dracula pulls off all the stops to try to train Dennis to tap into to his inner monster, hauling his friends in to help along the way, but when things don’t go to plan he’s forced to ask his old dad Vlad for help and all hell breaks loose as a result. The problem is that the little terror doesn’t appear to display any signs of his hereditary vampire features, resulting in Jonathan and Mavis to consider moving to California to find somewhere a little safer for the whipper snapper. Now the hotel accepts human visitors, making even more successful in the process, and the young couple have a healthy, red headed little monster of their own, called Dennis, to take care of. Jonathan’s arrival sparked a lot of changes at the establishment as he won them all over in the first movie and stole the heart of Drac’s daughter Mavis. While there have been a number changes at the hotel since the first film, some perceptions are in the blood in Transylvania where manager Count Dracula is concerned.
