Make an hot earl grey tea concentrate for a London Fog latte. If you enjoy black tea as much as I do, be sure to see my other tips on how to make black tea properly. Be careful, however, not to over-steep this black tea blend. Let the tea steep for 3-5 minutes so all the flavor is extracted. This means you should use 2 tea bags or 2 teaspoons of loose leaf earl grey per cup of boiling water. When it comes to a tea latte (which is about 50% milk), the tea needs to be stronger than what you would normally make. However, if you like more tea than milk, which is the camp I fall in, then adjust to your taste, but never go more than 50% milk. Many London Fog aficionados insist upon equal proportions.
